For General & Pediatric Dental Practices

The business side of dentistry, handled.

You became a dentist to take care of patients. Somewhere along the way, you also became the marketing director, HR manager, bookkeeper, and operations lead. Dental school didn't teach you any of that. Practice Partners can help.

Who This Is For

Built for practices at the earlier stages of growth.

We work with general and pediatric dental practice owners — typically within the first few years of opening, or practices that are open but not yet growing the way they should be.

Just Opening

Building from zero. Getting strategy, marketing, and operations right from the start is far easier than fixing bad habits later. We help new practices build the business side correctly the first time.

Typical: Pre-revenue to early collections. Owner wearing every hat.

Open but Not Yet Thriving

The practice is open, but growth is slower than it should be. Patient acquisition feels stuck, the business side is hard to keep up with, or you're not sure what to do next.

Typical: Under 3 years open. Collections below potential. Owner-led with limited outside support.

Growing but Stretched Thin

The practice is doing well clinically, but the owner is drowning in the business side. Vendors, finances, operations, and marketing all need attention the dentist doesn't have bandwidth to give.

Typical: Revenue growing, but owner pulled in too many directions to build the business side properly.

A note on fit: Practices with established systems doing $750k+ annually likely have less to gain from our model. We're built for the earlier stage — where the foundation is still being set.

What We Do

A true operating partner — not a single-function vendor.

Marketing agencies handle ads. Consultants give advice and leave. Bookkeepers track the numbers after the fact. None of them own the full picture. Practice Partners does — ongoing, hands-on support across every part of the business side.

01

Patient Growth

Marketing, website, promotions, reviews, referrals, and retention. We manage the full patient acquisition and retention system — not just advertising costs.

02

Financial Visibility

A clear monthly report on the numbers that matter, bookkeeping oversight, and tax planning coordination. You'll always know what's happening in your practice — and what to do about it.

03

Operations

Vendor management and process improvements. We handle the calls, negotiations, and coordination so you don't have to.

04

Team Support

Hiring support, onboarding, training, and accountability systems. Build and retain a team that runs well without constant owner intervention.

05

Owner Leverage

Clearer priorities, better decisions, and meaningful time back in your week. A business partner to think things through with — finally.

06

Aligned Incentives

Our fee is tied to your incremental growth — not retainers or advertising costs. We only win when you do. That shapes everything we do.

The Model

We only win when you do.

Unlike agencies paid on advertising costs or consultants on retainers, our fee is tied directly to the growth we help create. We earn 10% of incremental collections above a pre-agreed baseline — so our incentive is always to find the highest-impact opportunities across every part of your business, not just one area.

How the fee works

Say your practice collects $200k a year today. That's your baseline — the starting point everything else is measured against.

If we help grow that to $250k, you've gained $50k. You keep $45k, our fee is $5k.

If we help grow that to $300k, you've gained $100k. You keep $90k, our fee is $10k.

The more your practice grows, the more we earn — but you always keep 90% of the growth we help create.

Illustrative example. Actual results depend on practice stage, market, and execution.

The Value

The value goes beyond the financial model.

Even when growth assumptions change, business-side partnership creates meaningful value for the practice owner.

Time Back

Less vendor coordination, fewer business-side fires, and clearer priorities. Meaningful hours per week returned to you.

Better Visibility

Monthly performance analysis, financial clarity, and practical recommendations — so you know what's actually happening in your business.

Less Stress

Support for decisions you were never trained to manage alone — with a partner who's accountable for outcomes, not just advice.

Better Execution

More consistent follow-through across growth, operations, and team priorities — because someone is accountable for the business side, not just you.

Our Story

Built by people who've lived it.

Practice Partners was founded by a dentist and her business partner — the team behind a thriving multi-million-dollar pediatric dental practice.

Business & Operations

Jeremy Farkas

MBA, EA

20+ years in business building, growth marketing, and operations — including roles at Amazon and Yelp. Jeremy runs the business side of their practice and brings that same operating rigor to every Practice Partners engagement.

Clinical Lead & Practice Owner

Dr. Loan Nguyen

DDS

Owner and lead dentist of their multi-million-dollar pediatric practice. Dr. Nguyen brings firsthand experience of what it actually takes to build and run a thriving dental office — as the clinician who's lived every stage of it.

Over years of building their own practice from the ground up, Dr. Nguyen and Jeremy developed the systems, processes, and expertise to manage the business side well. Practice Partners brings that same foundation — built by practitioners, not consultants — to dental owners who are ready to grow.

Common Questions

Frequently asked questions.

We earn 10% of the growth in your monthly collections above a pre-agreed baseline. So if your baseline is $50k/month and collections reach $58k, our fee that month is $800 — you keep the other $7,200. Because our fee grows when your practice grows, we're motivated to find the highest-impact opportunities across every part of your business — not just one channel.
We focus on general and pediatric dental practices, typically in the earlier stages of growth — whether you're just opening, open but not yet growing the way you should be, or growing but stretched too thin to manage the business side properly. Practices doing $750k+ annually with established systems likely have less to gain from our model — and we'll be honest about that upfront.
No. Practice Partners is not a DSO. You maintain full ownership and clinical independence. We partner exclusively on the business side — marketing, operations, team, and financial visibility — with no equity stake and no clinical involvement. You stay in complete control of your practice.
It depends on what's in place and how it's performing. We assess your current marketing setup honestly and make recommendations. In some cases we work alongside existing vendors; in others we consolidate or replace them. Our goal is efficient growth — so we don't preserve arrangements that aren't working just to avoid a hard conversation.
We start with a thorough assessment of your practice: a performance review, a website and marketing audit, a vendor and operations inventory, and an honest look at your current financial visibility. By the end of Month 1, you receive a priority scorecard identifying where we can have the most immediate impact — along with a plan to get there.
Consultants typically advise and leave. We provide ongoing, accountable business-side partnership across multiple functions — with a fee tied to your growth. We don't just tell you what to do; we're responsible for helping it actually happen. The accountability structure is fundamentally different.
We believe the relationship should be grounded in results. We'll discuss our standard terms on the discovery call — but our philosophy is simple: if we're doing our job, staying is an easy decision. We're not interested in locking anyone into a contract they don't feel is working.
